We can build our homes for an average of $10 to $12 a square foot less than most other local builders. Adjusting room sizes or floor plans can be done under the guidance of our experienced Sales Consultants, with all structural changes approved and handled by our in-house Drafting and Design Department.

 We use quality products such as Moen faucets, Mannington floors, Ply Gem tilt out double hung windows, and Alcoa siding. We offer 25 selections of cabinets featuring, cherry, oak and maple selections all standard in our homes.

When you request a brochure from our website, remember, pricing included in the brochure is for the home completed, with a full unfinished basement. What is not included is site preparation and lot.  Each home comes with a 5 year workmanship warranty, 10 year structural warranty and a 15 year dry basement warranty.
